- Weather: Very cold, then snow for few mornings but all gone by
the afternoon, after the morning routines, logs in and stoves cleaned
out most of the work inside. But a few days outside making ready for
planting.
On with the hallway Picture bottom right of the lintel in place and the
scaffolding down, which we needed inside. Hope to be back to the wall in
March/April. |

Now the Sunday Trucs et puces well car boots have started up, also we have
cleared around one of the old oaks that has been down for many years,
more to find though!

Gerry on with the hall, I just help moving the scaffolding for the next
section each weekend. So in the weekdays my job is to drill through the
gable ends and re-do all the temporary wiring. One hole at a time with a
meter drill! |

Also take apart and clean and rewire some of the lighting we keep
finding at the car boots, well they do match the building.
Other inside jobs are to make up a stand for the planer/thicknesser we
managed to obtain seconded hand. Then to make up a few trollies to move
stuff around.
Gerry has completed one side so move the scaffolding, it is amazing how
light the hall is becoming. |

Gerry has now finished so one side of the scaffolding down so we have
some room to start the studwork wall.
This will be a challenge to give ourselves a flat wall to put the
plasterboard on as the wall is all over the place. Above, the log shed
is slowly going down so we can take it down and move to the new one
created last month.
